Historical Resources collects information and artifacts related to the history of the county from prehistoric times to the present. These collections are stored in the center’s archives, where they are made available for public research.

The Historical Resources Library is a comprehensive research center that contains:
  • Non-circulating collection
  • Volumes on archaeology, architectural history archives management, and historic preservation.
  • Publications written by local authors.

No appointment is required to view original papers, vintage photographs, newspaper clippings, aerials, city directories, obituaries, maps, architectural drawings, or ephemera.
